This depends on your flock size, however it does freeze well so that you can make it into meals if you only have a few birds
- 1 head of cauliflower (boil about ten minutes) remove and drain set aside
- 1 can of organic pumpkin
- 1 bunch of kale saute in coconut oil on the stove quick and easy set aside
- Fresh rosemary – 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil chopped 1 heaping tablespoon
Food processor or blender boiled cauliflower and pumpkin
together slowly adding the pumpkin – once blended remove from blender place in a glass dish adding your rosemary and basil to the top than place your saute kale on top of that chop some colored sweet peppers in the raw to top it off.
Dinner is served!
