Loaded Cauliflower and Broccoli Fried Rice

Let’s make dinner fun  And nutritional!  Making cauliflower and broccoli rice is simple and easy, you can even buy it done for you in many produce sections that leave out the salt  choosing the right portions for your flock size!

  • 1 cup of broccoli and cauliflower rice ( you will either make this from a recipe found on Google or you will purchase it at your local produce market )
  • 1 tablespoon of red palm oil ( aviglow works well )
  • 1/2 tsp of organic coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of frozen organic peas or you can use snow peas take off the strings
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup of kale shredded into tiny pieces ( or use organic frozen )
  • 3 seeded jalapeño peppers chopped fine
  • 2 small sweet peppers seeded and diced fine
  • 1/4 cup of shredded fresh ginger

Place the oils in the skillet first marrying them together on a medium heat waiting for it to come up to temp
add all the above ingredients and stir while you sauté it  (about 6 minutes)
than add ginger and again cook for two or four minutes

once you’ve married the entire ingredients remove from heat and add the following two ingredients stir.  Allow it to cool some and place it in your bowls for your flock –

  • 1/4 cup Pea sprouts
  • 1/4 cup of mung bean sprouts
