Oneta’s No Bake Sweet ‘tater Balls

  • 4 large Sweet Potatoes (baked and peeled)
  • 1 bag of organic Carrots (boiled and drained)

Combine potatoes and carrots well.


  • 1/2 cup raw Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup uncooked Steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flakes
  • 1/2cup of agave nectar
  • 1 cup Pellet Powder

Mix well and roll into tablespoon size balls (teaspoon size for little birds)
Roll balls in sesame seeds.
Store in airtight container refrigerated for up to 3 months.
