- 1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 1/2 Banana (sliced)
- 1/4 cup Zucchini (grated)
- 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 Tablespoon Walnuts (chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
Add water, oats ,banana zucchini and cinnamon to a medium pot and stir to combine.
Heat over medium heat 8-10 minutes (until all the liquid is absorbed).
Add in almond butter swirling is to combine.
Make sure to stir frequently so the oats do not stick and the melting banana is evenly distributed.
Once the oats are cooked and all the liquid is absorbed (they will look thick and fluffy) add the walnuts and stir once.
Place this in a bird bowl and cool completely before serving. This is a healthy meal your bird will enjoy devouring!
