Veggie Stir Fry

  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Bok Choy
  • Water Chestnuts
  • Bamboo Shoots
  • Snow Peas
  • Red Bell Peppers
  • Tomato
  • Coconut Oil
  • Cashews (crushed)
  • Red Chili Flakes dried

Chop all ingredients and stir fry n the coconut oil until tender.
Sprinkle with cashews and red chili flakes.

LET COOL!

This can be served over brown rice black bean pasta red quinoa or wasabi rice.

NOTE: Don’t forget to add your wellness herbs
